Biography
Rachel Eddy earned her BSN from Indiana University at South Bend. She provided direct patient care as a nurse in Inpatient Rehabilitation and Bone Marrow Transplant at Michigan Medicine prior to transitioning to Patient Relations and Clinical Risk. There, Rachel has held positions as a Project Manager and currently works as a Clinical Risk Consultant. Rachel collaborates with patients and families as well as staff to identify and analyze unanticipated outcomes. This work allows our system to learn from and improve the equality and safety of the care we provide.
