Biography

Why did you choose the MHPE program?
I chose the U-M MHPE program because I wanted to take advantage of the individualized learning plan and competency-based curriculum to best accomplish my goals as a medical educator, including developing a career in medical education research.  I also wanted to be part of the exceptional learning community of fellow educators.
 
What do you hope to get out of the MHPE program? 
I hope to gain competencies in developing and leading innovative medical education research projects and in designing, implementing, and evaluating new curricula.  I also hope to collaborate with others on multidisciplinary education projects in undergraduate and graduate medical education.
