Biography

Victor C. Rentes is a PhD student in the HILS Program. He holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering and a MSc. in Management Science, both from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Victor has worked with prominent health care organizations in Brazil as a business and quality analyst, leading projects in strategic planning, business process architecture design, and process and quality improvement. 

What attracted you to the HILS Program?

The unique opportunity to design effective implementation strategies for complex challenges facing healthcare, working alongside and learning from leading faculty experts in implementation science. 

Areas of Interest

Implementation science, innovation management, quality improvement, change management, and mixed-methods research.
