Dr. Becker is the Patricia Y. Gurin Collegiate Professor of Psychology, Chair of Biopsychology (Department of Psychology), and Senior Scholar in the Neuroscience Graduate Program.
According to the University Record, this award, "honor[s] senior faculty who consistently have demonstrated outstanding achievements in the areas of scholarly research or creative endeavors, teaching and mentoring of students and junior colleagues, service and other activities."
