Our Cognitive Disorders Clinic, located at the University of Michigan Health and Geriatrics Center, offers a multi-disciplinary approach to address problems of memory or changes in thinking. The evaluation process aims to properly determine a diagnosis and develop a customized treatment plan that allows for the best quality of life possible. The health care team consisting of physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and neuropsychologists is available to address issues over the course of illness. The Cognitive Disorders Clinic works closely with the Turner Geriatric Clinic that specializes in the comprehensive multidisciplinary geriatric assessment and treatment of older adults and the Geropsychiatry Clinic that provides outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment for older adults.
