“Reflections . . . on a Career Path in Neurology, the Practice of Medicine, and the Meaning of Life!”

Larry  Junck, MD has been on the UM Neurology faculty since 1983 and is transitioning out of patient care in May. He has undergraduate degrees in physics and philosophy. After graduating from UM Medical School, he visited both coasts, doing residency training at Stanford and fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering before returning to UM for his entire career. He has been director of Neuro-oncology Clinic for 21 years.
