Biography

Undergraduate School: Wayne State University

Medical School: Wayne State University

A great lakes state native, I grew up thirty minutes north of Detroit in Sterling Heights, Michigan. As far as why I chose UofM's program, I was fortunate enough to do a rotation here during my M4 year where I was met with the warmest possible welcome from everyone I met. I have a big interest in medical education which I hope to develop at UofM. Lastly, I have always loved living in this beautiful state and hope to start a family here with my wonderful wife. Outside of medicine, interests of mine include amateur astronomy (Michigan is host to a certified international dark sky park!), cocktail making, and responding with "no, yeah" to every question asked of me.

One interesting personal thing we should know about you: I have an uncanny talent for MarioKart (and I’m willing to back that up)

My theme song: King of Wishful Thinking – Go West
