Biography
Dr. Mehwish Sajid is a Clinical Instructor in the Departments of Neurology and Family Medicine where she combines both her primary care and subspecialty trainings to provide patient-centered care. She also participates in the training of current medical students, residents, and sleep fellows at Michigan Medicine.
She completed her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and earned her medical degree from Michigan State University. She went on to complete her Family Medicine residency and Sleep Medicine fellowship at the University of Michigan before joining as Michigan Medicine faculty in 2022.
As a sleep medicine specialist, she provides care for patients at the Domino’s Farms Sleep Disorders Center.
As a primary care physician, she provides care for patients at the Ypsilanti Health Center.
Dr. Sajid is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
