Biography
Undergraduate School: University of Michigan
Medical School: The Ohio State University
Residency: University of Michigan
I grew up in in Southeast Michigan and first fell in love with Ann Arbor when I attended the University of Michigan for college. I then ventured into rival territory at Ohio State for four wonderful years of medical school where I discovered my passion for neurology. I am very happy to serve as an ambassador to both states now and delighted to return to Ann Arbor for residency! I was drawn back to U of M because of the friendly and supportive culture, strong clinical training, and brilliant and kind people throughout the hospital. I also love experiencing Ann Arbor restaurants, festivals, and nature at my new stage of life. I feel very lucky to be back close to my family and friends from home. I am excited to learn more about neuroimmunology and cognitive disorders this year.
Fun fact: I love trivia and puzzles of all forms so my happy place is tuning into the Wheel of Fortune/Jeopardy television hour while working on a jigsaw puzzle.
