The Women’s Health Program at Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospital — in partnership with the Women’s Center of Southeastern Michigan — is now offering MomShare, a free support group for expectant and new mothers.
The group is open to everyone, including Michigan Medicine faculty and staff. The group meets every Tuesday at 1 p.m. Walk-ins and babies are welcome and snacks will be provided.
Attendees can make friends and build parenting skills during the sessions, which will provide:
- Swaddling and soothing tips
- Self-care and mood booster strategies
- Opportunities to meet other moms and moms-to-be
- Chances to ‘Ask the Doc’
- Feeding support
The meetings will take place at the Women’s Center (510 S. Maple Road, Ann Arbor).
