Advancing Inclusive Leadership (AIL) is hosting a community conversation to commemorate Women’s History Month. Our goal for the Community Conversation is to bring awareness for AIL and to also hear the experiences of others. AIL’s purpose is to assist in the creation of more effective and diverse leadership that values a culture of inclusion.
The unconscious mind is a powerful and intrinsic force in helping to shape our overall behavior in our everyday lives. This interactive OHEI session is designed to examine how unconscious bias can affect one’s perceptions, decisions, and interactions.
The Disability Resource Group will be hosting a panel discussion on how employees can access additional resources and fill gaps when serving patients with disabilities.
