Patient Experience Week 2023

(All day)

The theme for Patient Experience Week is “We are Better Together” – celebrating the human experience which is defined by providing the safest care at the highest quality, that is compassionate and connected.  This equals the patient experience and it can only occur on a foundation of an engaged, and resilient care team.

All week long, the Office of Patient Experience will have displays in the Towsley Connector Triangle (between UH and Mott) to learn more about OPE services.

  • MLINE/Physician Relations
  • Interpreter Services
  • Patient Education and Health Literacy
  • OPE Volunteers (Advisors and Ambassadors)

Stop by and learn more about how we support faculty, staff, patients and families at Michigan Medicine.
