Clinical and Surgical Updates in Retina, Uveitis, and Imaging

This course will provide a basic understanding of various pathologies that can affect the posterior segment, including inherited retinal diseases, diabetic retinopathy, and uveitis. We will also explore imaging modalities that aid in the diagnosis of these diseases. There will also be an overview of the treatments for these diseases, such as surgical treatments in diabetic retinopathy, and gene therapy for those with retinal degenerations.
