Tyson Kim, MD, PhD, a third year resident at Kellogg Eye Center, was one of 24 selected by the Heed Ophthalmic Fellowship Foundation to receive a 2018-2019 Heed Fellowship Award. The Award provides talented young ophthalmologist with funding for postgraduate studies in ophthalmology and the ophthalmic sciences.
Selected through a competitive application process, the appointed individuals receive a Merit Award of $10,000 and are recognized as Heed Fellow.
