Q: When does the Michigan Medicine Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery fellowship program begin?

A: The program runs from August 1st to July 31st

Q: What is the typical day of a fellow within your program

A: Morning rounds and conference on certain days, followed by OR or clinic

Q: How many fellows does your program sponsor?

A: Our program is accredited through the ACGME and sponsors one fellow per year.

Q: How do I submit an application?

A: Submit a fellowship application to the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, available at SF Match, and include three letters of recommendation and a current curriculum vitae.

Q: Do I qualify for your fellowship program?

A: Our program requires the following:

  • Completed an accredited residency in Orthopaedic surgery
  • Be Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Submit a fellowship application to the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, available at SF Match, and include three letters of recommendation and a current curriculum vitae.

Q: When is your interview date?

A: The next interview date for 2021 program match is January 31, 2020.

Q: What is the board pass rate for fellows who have completed your program?

A:  The Board pass rate is 100%
