Why Michigan?: The people-- My co-residents are my best friends. The attendings are invested in resident education and my life outside of medicine. There is excellent female representation. The program-- Excellent opportunities for academic development paired with unmatched clinical and surgical experience. The city-- Ann Arbor is adorable, not too big, and has plenty of outdoor opportunities.
