Why did you choose University of Michigan for Fellowship? I was interested in U of M and ecstatic to match here because the patient population is very diverse, especially for a program its size.  There is also an amazing depth of research opportunities because it is associated with a major university and medical center.  Having done residency here, I knew most of the faculty and was impressed by not only their acumen but also their collegiality and approachability.

Why did you choose University of Michigan for Fellowship? I absolutely loved my time in Ann Arbor during college and medical school.  The city is fantastic and my family is close by.  I also really enjoyed the supportive and warm atmosphere that’s present within the pediatric hematology/oncology division here.  There are a great deal of fantastic research opportunities within the university community and the clinical medicine here is truly top notch.
