About me:
My name is Paige, and I am originally from Novi, Michigan. I attended undergrad at the University of Michigan where I studied neuroscience. I went on to obtain my medical degree at Wayne State University in Detroit. Throughout my rotations in medical school, I realized how much I enjoyed working with kids and decided to pursue a career in pediatrics. I love how pediatrics allows one to not only serve as a physician, but also a mentor and advocate for children and families. I also discovered my passion for advocacy during medical school. Outside of medicine, I love to play tennis, rock climb, and run. I recently ran the Chicago Marathon with my fiancé. We are very excited to be moving back to Ann Arbor and plan on attending many Michigan sporting events in the future. Go blue!
Why I chose Michigan:
I am very grateful to be training at Michigan. I could tell during my interviews that the residents and faculty at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital are a very kind group of individuals with whom I would love to work. I also appreciate the strong curriculum, research opportunities, and diverse patient population in Ann Arbor.
