Gene editing using CRISPR/Cas9 has revolutionized biology research in the lab due to its simplicity and high
efficiency. One of the applications that made it famous is the modification of human genome, which brings the
promise of using CRISPR to cure diseases with just one shot. I'm interested in developing a
gene-editing therapy for dyslipidemia using CRISPR/Cas9. The delivery of
CRISPR/Cas9 machinery can be achieved by adeno-associated virus (AAV).
