Why did you choose Michigan's residency program?: The challenging and well-rounded structure of the program, the emphasis on contributing to meaningful research, and the opportunity to push me out of my comfort zone and experience pharmacy practice in a different region.

Research Topic: Impact of standard versus prolonged courses of antibiotics for the treatment of uncomplicated Staphylococcus aureus bloodstream infections in patients with hematologic malignancy.

Writing Project: Pathogenesis and treatment of secondary AML.

Hobbies outside of Pharmacy:  Photography, food blogging, travel, running

Advice for future residents: Strive to make the most of the residency. It is a unique opportunity in your career to learn a something about everything and everything about something (and at Michigan Medicine, "something" comprises a whole lot!).
