Katie Flynn, PharmD

PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy Resident

Biography

Hometown: Charlotte, NC

Pharmacy School: UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy

Why did you choose Michigan's residency program? I was looking for a program with a large volume of transplants as well as the ability to work with both abdominal and cardiothoracic patients across all phases of care, from index admission to outpatient clinic visits. It was immediately clear to me that Michigan offers a collaborative training environment where I would be able to gain experience with a very diverse population of transplant patients. The supportive preceptor group is another huge plus of the program here!
