The one-day survey only involves the care provided in the inpatient rehabilitation facility on 6A and 1UH of University Hospital North. This will be a great opportunity to showcase the excellent care that teams are providing and the additional quality and performance improvement work done by everyone.
The survey focuses on stroke-specific rehabilitation care and programmatic performance improvement. However, as with any survey, they can issue a citation for anything they find outside of that scope as it relates to overall patient-care and environmental health and safety.
