Biography
Chelsey has worked at Michigan Medicine since May 2022. She primarily works as a therapist in the Perinatal and Reproductive Psychiatry Clinic. The remainder of her time is spent as a Perinatal Behavioral Health Consultant with the MC3 Perinatal Patient Care Program, working with birthing people with opioid use disorder or chronic pain. She co-facilitates Strong Roots parenting groups for individuals in this population as well. Chelsey also co-chairs the Social Work Recognition Committee and is the Psychotherapy MiChart/Documentation Lead. Prior to joining MM, she worked in a tribal behavioral health program as a therapist, in Ob/Gyns clinics as a BHC, and in CMH as an infant mental health therapist.
