Biography
Daniella Chavez received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University. After working in the Detroit community for 6 years, she joined the Zero to Thrive clinical team at UMHS in 2017 as part of the Care Management program in Ambulatory Psychiatry. Daniella assists in many areas such as clinic coordination, tangible needs, advocacy, and providing support to both our patients and staff.
