Erika Prince

What is your name? Where were you born? Where did you go to college?

My Name is Erika Prince and I was born in Livonia Michigan. I went to the College of Wooster and majored in psychology with a concentration in cognitive psychology.

What interests you about the ABCD Study/research?

In the ABCD study I am particularly interested in seeing how the social aspects of people’s lives change as they get older and what possible cognitive effects those changes may have.

How long have you worked in the department and what does your work focus on / what area do you work in?

I have worked in the ABCD study for almost 3 years. I started off working as a Child Research Assistant and have transitioned to being responsible for all remote visit scheduling.

What are your plans after ABCD (grad school, etc.

I am currently going to grad school at to receive my Master’s in Forensic and Legal Psychology and hope to eventually become an intelligence analyst!

Fun fact about yourself! What are your hobbies?

A fun fact about myself is that I love traveling and I recently started boxing!

Do you have any pets?

I personally don’t have any pets, however my family has a pet dog, named Muffin, who I am very obsessed with.

What’s your favorite food or restaurant?

My favorite food is pretty much anything Mediterranean or Italian. I especially love stuffed grape leaves and gnocchi!
