Mind Matters: Addiction 101 - Addiction & the Brain

The U-M Addiction Center Presents the Mind Matters Educational Series is a free, 4-part virtual community education series designed for individuals and families. Join experts from our treatment clinic, U-M Addiction Treatment Services (UMATS) live via Zoom to learn more about important topics related to addiction and recovery.

In this first session in the 4-part series, participants will learn helpful information about addiction and how it changes the brain and behavior. Resources on how to obtain help and support will be provided. Registered attendees will receive a reminder email from Zoom the day before and the morning of.
