Biography
Dr. Hartner is a Research Investigator in the Department of Psychiatry. His research focuses on cellular signaling underlying cortical processing and animal behavior, with the primary goal of understanding the mechanistic underpinnings of disease states related to stress, depression, memory, and learning.
