Dr. Jon Dunlop and Dr. Lisa Anacker, both third year psychiatry residents, have won the prestigious 2017 Rappeport Fellowship from the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law (AAPL). The Rappeport Fellowship is a highly competitive award given to outstanding residents with interests in psychiatry and the law. Drs. Dunlop and Anacker will attend the 2017 AAPL Meeting in Denver, Colorado, where they will meet with AAPL preceptors and attend educational sessions.
Jon Dunlop completed his undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis, law degree at the University of Iowa College of Law, and medical degree at University of Illinois-Chicago College of Medicine. He has an interest in Forensic Psychiatry and plans to complete a Forensic Psychiatry fellowship after graduation from general residency.
Lisa Anacker will be one of the chief residents for the residency program next year. She completed her undergraduate at Miami University of Ohio, and her medical school education at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She has a special interest in Forensic Psychiatry, and is planning on completing a Forensic Psychiatry fellowship upon completion of her general residency in 2018.
