October 2023: Before touring the new University of Michigan sports complex facility, Dr. Victor Hong taught us about sports psychiatry. Later in the morning, we got an exclusive tour of the Michigan football stadium (“The Big House”), and we ended that tour with football, fun and pictures on the football field. In the afternoon we had food, fun and bowling at Revel & Roll.
October 2024: At Burns Park, Dr. Paco Lopez taught us about nutrition and mental health. Then we had rotating break-out groups featuring making hot tea, sugar body scrub, playing a musical game, and using a board game to get to know each other. In the afternoon we had food, fun and bowling at Revel & Roll.
