This training is designed to empower non-prescribing providers and other learners in directly impacting the opioid epidemic through increased knowledge and tools. Participants will be provided with (and shown how to use) Naloxone kits, which have helped to save countless lives  by reversing opioid overdose. After attending this training, you will: 

✓ Be able to identify the signs of an overdose
✓ Understand what Naloxone is and how to administer it
✓ Be better equipped to prevent overdose and reduce harm

Yoga for Recovery

Free yoga classes for people in recovery, along with their friends and families. Registration required, space limited. This opportunity is a partnership with Washtenaw Families Against Narcotics, Ypsi Studio, and Harmony In Motion.

Washtenaw Families Against Narcotics has partnered with Orange Theory Fitness to offer no-cost fitness classes at Orange Theory Fitness.

Epic Recovery Run Club

Epic Races is offering group race training! They also have supplemental indoor fitness sessions at TRV FIT on Jackson Rd in Ann Arbor. Fill out the application and you will be contacted with details about the meeting place and schedule. All who complete the training will receive a complimentary entry into the 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, or Full Marathon at the Probility Ann Arbor Marathon on March 22, 2020.
