MyHealtheVet provides a brief, anonymous and confidential assessments for substance use concerns. The results are not stored and only you will see them. Print your results for your own records or share them with your provider.

Veterans Self-Check Quiz is easy way to learn whether stress and depression might be affecting you. The 10 minute quiz is confidential. A VA Chat Responder will review it and leave a personal response on a secure website. The Responder's note will offer options for follow-up. You can talk with the responder anonymously or ask for a referral.
