I am a perennial Midwesterner. I choose this program for the obvious reasons: strong academics, excellent clinical training, and a wealth of fellowship opportunities. I choose Ann Arbor as a city for the big city amenities without the big city stress, wonderful parks, and welcoming culture. I bike to work all-year round. If you like food, culture, hiking/biking, or paddling out on the Huron, you will love living here. If you have the chance, visit The Last Word (my favorite speakeasy in any city) and Nichols Arboretum.
