It’s been one year since many of us in Psychiatry started working from home due to the stay-at-home orders. By now, we’ve all become accustomed to ZOOM meetings and more ZOOM meetings. Some of our therapist colleagues might recommend that we move towards acceptance. So, here are some ways to improve your ZOOM wellness through adding some fun, support, openness, and communication.
