Patient Experience Learning Forums

Patient Experience Learning Forums are designed to expose patients, families, staff, and faculty to engaging discussions and best practices in improving the patient experience.

These forums are open to any patients, families, students, staff and faculty who are interested in learning more about how they can be a part of improving the patient and family experience at Michigan Medicine. Many events offer continuing education credits for professionals.

See our Events page for information about upcoming Learning Forums, and see below for recordings of previous sessions if available.
