Office of Patient Experience - 2017 Annual Report

Celebrating our first official year, the report highlights many of the programs and departments that were brought under the OPE umbrella to help improve the experience for our patients and families.  In the report you will find:

  • Initiatives that improve the environment of care for our patients
  • Initiatives that aim to improve communication with patients and families
  • Progress on improving patient and referring provider access to care
