David Fessell, MD, completed his undergraduate degree at Harvard College, followed by medical school at the University of Michigan (UM). He is currently a Professor of Radiology at UM and a Faculty Associate at the UM Ross School of Business, Positive Organizational Scholarship Group. He is a certified Executive Coach and graduate of the Second City Improv conservatory. Formerly, he directed the Leadership Curriculum for the University of Michigan Medical School. His interests and current work includes musculoskeletal radiology, human resiliency, communication, humor, emotional intelligence, leadership, and empathy.
