Sleep apnea linked to higher dementia risk in older adults, especially women: Study

A common yet frequently underdiagnosed sleep disorder, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), contributes to the development of dementia in adults, particularly women, according to a recent study from Michigan Medicine.
