Recruitment

Learn more about our recruitment opportunities for the Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency program.

The Michigan Medicine Plastic Surgery Residency Training Program is a participant in the Electronic Residency Application Service [ERAS]. Please refer to the ERAS website to complete your application for our program. The deadline for accepting applications is listed in ERAS and is typically in October.

The following information should be submitted through ERAS for our program:

  • ERAS application form
  • Medical school transcript
  • Minimum of 3 letters of recommendation (Ideally, one or more letters from plastic surgeons)

In addition to the ERAS application, the U-M integrated plastic surgery residency program is participating in a new application process sponsored by American Council of Academic Plastic Surgeons (ACAPS), Plastic Surgery Common Application (PSCA). While we strongly encourage you apply to both, we will be accepting either. Interview dates are January 22 - 23, 2024. For the 2023-2024 application season, all interviews will be conducted virtually.
