Biography

I am originally from Saint Paul, Minnesota. After too many cold winters, I moved south to study Genetics at the University of Georgia where I graduated summa cum laude with Honors. After attending medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, I returned to the Midwest for my surgical training. Here at the University of Michigan I completed my General Surgery Internship, Urology Residency, and a Fellowship in Andrology and Urologic Health. My clinical pratice encompases a wide range of general urologic issues including erectile dysfunction, scrotal disorders, lower urinary tract symptoms/enlarged prostate, etc.

Research Interests: Quality improvement and patient safety

Clinical Interests: Medical and surgical treatment of erectile dysfunction (including penile implants), Peyronie's disease, urethral stricture disease, BPH (enlarged prostate), gender confirmation surgery, kidney stones, and general urology including testicular and scrotal disorders
