U-M Urology's Dr. Casey Dauw highlighted in Renal and Urology News article

The article examines Dr. Dauw's work on kidney stone patients and adherence to medication.

Dr. Dauw, along with other colleagues, found poor adherence among kidney stone patients, with just over half adherent to preventive pharmacological therapy.

This concerned Dr. Dauw and the other study authors, as lower levels of adherence lead to higher likelihoods of visiting the emergency room, requiring hospitalization or needing to undergo surgery.
