Wall Street Journal references Michigan Prostate Score in article on new prostate cancer tests

The U-M Department of Urology's Michigan Prostate Score, also known as MiPS, was mentioned as one of the tests able to reduce unnecessary biopsies and treatments.

This process of identification, where tumors are both identified and assessed a threat level, helps to save patients from unnecessary medical treatments and costs, making for a more efficient and effective approach to treating prostate cancer.
