The new NIH rankings for FY20 are out—The Department of Urology is #2! This is 1 up from #3 in FY19.
This is amazing and reflective of the research intense and scientifically curious Department that we are. We have the most R-level grants held by clinically active surgeons among Departments of Urology in the country- this is saying something. These are notable measures of our commitment to the importance and role of the physician-scientist in studying and eradicating urologic disease.
