Drs. Courtney Streur, Kristian Black, Mahir Maruf and Meidee Goh had the opportunity to interact with URM middle school students from Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor at the Big House as part of the MI Youth Summit on Saturday May 21, 2022.
They were supported by the wonderful Boston Scientific Team (Dave Ahonen, Richard Sharp, and Ed Molman) as well as the significant others for Kristian (Marquise Singleterry M4-soon to be Gen Surg PGY-1) and Mahir (Anam Siddiqui-middle school teacher extraordinaire). Two undergraduate students Rakira and Holly from the Black Undergraduate Medical Association also joined the team.
