We believe transparency is an important part of working towards improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in DCMB and our Bioinformatics Graduate Program. While our statistics are not what we would like them to be, they provide a starting point from which we will work for positive change. Our goals are to increase the diversity of our faculty and for our domestic Bioinformatics student body make-up to be aligned with that of Michigan or the United States population overall.
