Michigan Diabetes Research Center (MDRC) Clinical Research Unit (CRU)

Now Open for Business!

The MDRC is a multidisciplinary unit of the University of Michigan funded by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases/National Institutes of Health. The goal of the MDRC is to establish, promote, and enhance multidisciplinary and collaborative basic biomedical and clinical research among member investigators studying diabetes, its complications, and related endocrine and metabolic disorders. 
 
MDRC members can now use MDRC Clinical Research Unit’s services including clinical support, anthropometric measures, phlebotomy, oral glucose tolerance tests, mixed meal tolerance tests, specimen processing, DEXA scans, urine collection, continuous glucose monitoring, ECGs, MDRC space, research supply storage, and more). Learn more
