Our research focuses on investigating factors controlling immune responses mediated by T cells. We are particularly interested in cell metabolism and underlying mechanisms that modulate T cell survival and function. We also study how indigenous plant extracts modulate T cell behaviors which results in prevention of malaria infection. Lastly, I am interested in teaching immunology.
