How To Apply
We welcome candidates who are board-eligible or board-certified in anesthesiology, family medicine, internal medicine, neurology, otolaryngology pediatrics or psychiatry or after completing an accredited training program in that field.
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, have a valid Permanent Resident (Green Card) status, or have a J-1 visa sponsored by the ECFMG and must be eligible to renew the J-1 for the length of the training program.
We participate in the National Residency Matching Program (link is external) (NRMP) and only accept the following required application materials via the Electronic Residency Application Service (link is external) (ERAS).
- ERAS application
- ECFMG Certificate if you graduated from a foreign medical school
- USMLE or COMLEX Scores
- Personal statement that describes your interest in sleep medicine
- 3 letters of recommendation (including one from a current/former program director)
