The Fibromyalgia Association of Houston was a volunteer run, non-profit organization operating on donations from 1991 through early 2017.  They successfully provided education and support to countless FM sufferers, their loved ones, healthcare providers and the public at large for more than two decades.  Their gift to CPFRC will continue their legacy by supporting patient education efforts and pain management resources.
