Biography

Riley Wegryn-Jones currently serves as a Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant at the Chronic Pain and Fatigue Research Center. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2023, with majors in Psychology and French. Riley first got involved in research in 2019 under the mentorship of Rachel Bergmans, with whom she continued to work on various research projects and publications pertaining to topics such as food insecurity, major depression, long-COVID, systemic lupus erythematosus, and chronic pain. In her new role at the CPFRC, Riley hopes to continue exploring the ways in which research can inform a more equitable society. Although undecided about her future career path, Riley is passionate about helping others and plans to follow that passion wherever it takes her.
