Areas of Interest

Omenn’s current research interests are focused on cancer proteomics, splice isoforms as potential biomarkers and therapeutic tar- gets, and isoform-level and single-cell functional networks of transcripts and proteins.

He chairs the global Human Proteome Project of the Human Proteome Organization.
